    Some answers:
  • Q I canot view the new web pages or broadcast, I still see the old web pages?
A The new web page is being broadcast as of midnight Pacific Time on the broadcast date. If you are still viewing the old web pages on your computer then your computer probably has cached the old web page on your hard drive and is not updating web pages correctly. You need to refresh your web browser or change your web browser preferences to allow viewing of new web pages. If you cannot do this yourself, you will need to get local tech support assistance. This is a setting on your computer.

  • Q My computer freezes up or crashes when downloading the web page or the video
A There is a memory problem. Either you do not have enough ram memory or your browser memory needs to be increased in your browser preferences. Use the low memory web page.

  • Q I have quicktime 7.1.3 or greater on my computer and it still does not show the video
A The software may not be installed correctly or you need to restart your computer to make the software work. A Virus program may be set to block videos or there is a software conflict with another program on your computer.

  • Q I click on the video icon and nothing happens
A The video is a pop up window. You may have pop up windows blocked on your browser preference.
